Decorative panel set off by soldier course border, white block corners, herringbone pattern and white diamond block in center. Three bays on second floor of two-story section to north. Early 20th century two-story brick commercial building with recessed second floor, rusticated piers, and segmental arch second-floor windows. Possibly expanded from one-story structure built between 1908 and 1912; second floor added by 1926.

Two-story yellow-cream brick building with white glazed terra cotta ornament. Ornament includes coping, inset shield, second-story window band (four windows set in terra cotta band), molded terra cotta enframement around storefront and second story windows, terra cotta frame and cornice around storefront. Door and storefront altered, glass block added.
