The Design Review Advisory Committee meets and reviews all applications for additions, garages and carports, new commercial buildings and new houses and other applications at the Commission Coordinator's discretion. For all other applications, the Advisory Committee shall, upon the request of the applicant, meet when necessary after an application has been filed.
