Central brick chimney. One-over-one windows. Lot drops to rear. While this house is not listed in city directories until 1945, it appears on Sanborn maps earlier than this. Carl and Myrtle Goforth lived here from 1945 to 1946, and Mrs. Vivian Watson lived here from 1948 to 1951.
