This one-story, front-gable-roof Craftsman bungalow has exposed rafter ends, weatherboard siding, and an engaged front porch with knee braces, a solid lapped board balustrade, and double and triple wood square porch supports. Windows are vertical-four-over-one, foundation is brick, and there is an interior brick chimney.  House sits on a small level lot.  George Saxmann, a chiropractor, lived in this house from 1937 through at least the late 1950s.
