Design Review Advisory Committee

The Design Review Advisory Committee is part of the City of Hendersonville's Historic Preservation Commission.  This committee is responsible for reviewing applications for certificates of appropriateness for projects (rehabilitation, new construction, major landscape details) within the City's locally designated historic districts (Hyman Heights, Druid Hills and Main Street) and providing advice, in accordance with the Design Guidelines approved by the Historic Preservation Commission, to historic district property owners, general contractors, agents, etc.

The Committee meets the first Wednesday of each month reporting to the Commission their findings and recommendations.
